This is an event to build the student movement’s collective capacity to promote and defend trans rights.

The aims of the day are to:

• Share good practice between SUs
• Develop guidance and resources for the movement
• Identify priorities and opportunities for action on trans rights

11:45 - 13:00 - Best practice workshop - attendees will share what support is available at their institutions for trans students and learn from others successes and challenges.
13:00 - 14:00 - Lunch
14:00 - 15:30 - Resource Development Workshop - building on from best practice discussions we will create guidance and resources for the movement
15:30 - 15:45 - Break
15:45 - 17:00 - Open discussion - identifying national priorities - caucuses and full group discussions to identify priorities and opportunities for national action

17:00 - Close of event
