The government has proposed major changes to tuition fees, measuring education quality and student funding.

We want to:

Ensure that a link between TEF and Fees is not established in law and cannot be enacted.
Ensure that a link between number caps and TEF/quality is not established in law.
Win a commitment to bringing back maintenance grants for all who qualify regardless of course within the Parliament.
