As part of our Cost of Living campaign, we've launched a toolkit for Students' Unions on Influencing Rents in Purpose Built Student Accommodation.

Rents in PBSA have been soaring for several years, and we have worked with UNIPOL to track costs via the Accommodation Costs Survey.

We've published this toolkit to support Students' Unions to campaign locally for more affordable PBSA.

We are holding an online workshop on Tuesday, 13th December between 2pm and 4pm which will focus on how SUs can use the toolkit.
