Where can I get advice and support?

NUS is a membership and campaigning organisation focussed on harnessing the combined power of students through collective and democratic representation, and ensuring students' unions are strong and supported. Be advised however our team does not have the capacity to support individual students' casework or provide tailored advice to students on a one-on-one basis.
If you have a problem and you need guidance or advice, your local students’ union should be your first contact.
In an effort to share the knowledge we do have available, we have pulled together some basic information and answers to the types of questions we often get asked on matters such as housing, mental health, and finance.
If you can't find an answer to your query via our FAQs, try our student information and advice page, where you’ll find lots of content from partners and links to useful websites.
