Arran has spent the last 15 years working with young people and delivering campaigns. He used to be the staff member at Sheffield College Students' Union and has worked on the National Society of Apprentices since the beginning of 2016. He really enjoys delivering training; engaging young people in the power of their own voice; and championing voices that are traditionally unheard in democratic spaces. Outside work you'll often find Arran making pasta, watching obscure American reality TV or arguing why milkshake is the best drink. He's also spending a lot of time working out how to develop a leadership training session that's based around the childhood string-based game, cat’s cradle.
