I love all things social media and wellness. I have 9 years of experience in the world of social. My last role was at OneVoice, building an engaged online student community from zero, along with a fab team and some incredible pieces of content, we were reaching over a million people monthly across our social channels.

My passion is to create a positive space within the media world. To remind people that their stories matter and that sharing what they love on social media could be encouraging the next person to do more of what they love. Fitness plays a huge part in my life, and I previously got to share my love of lifting by running the Unilad fitness page where I got to combine my passions. Originally from Watford, but now I get the privilege of calling Manchester my home after studying at Salford University and loving every second of it(minus the rain).
