Student Advice Service

The Students' Union provides a free, independent, confidential and impartial advice service to all students at the University of Worcester.

Advice and support is offered to all regardless of religion, gender, disability or sexual orientation.

The service can arrange for a representative to accompany students to meetings related to appeals, complaints, plagiarism, university disciplinaries, fitness to practice or any other university meeting where a student feels they would like support and representation.

Academic Issues, Housing Problems and Consumer Issues are the main advice areas covered by the Service.

The Students’ Union co-ordinates volunteering opportunities along with our charity partner Headway Worcester Trust.

There are a wide variety of opportunities available to students both within the Students’ Union, with Headway Worcester Trust or independently.

The Students’ Union hosts an annual volunteering recognition event and awards volunteers for 10, 20 or 50 hours of service.
