The University of Bristol Students’ Union (Bristol SU) aims to help students create a world class student life for themselves. We are central to the university experience, offering representation, social life, clubs, activities, advice and support.

There are over 400 different sports clubs and societies at Bristol SU so there’s plenty to get involved with. We also seek to reach out into the wider community through initiatives like Bristol Big Give and RAG to ensure that the people of Bristol appreciate the contribution of its student population.

The Richmond Building is the home of Bristol SU and a social hub for students. The building includes a bar, gig venue, two theatres, music rooms, and activity and study spaces. We also have the Bristol SU Living Room as a space at the heart of campus (4th Floor Senate House) to relax, unwind and meet new people.
