Pasta with prawns, feta cheese and tomatoes

Cooking for someone special tomorrow but don't want to break the bank? This recipe serves four, so halve ingredients for two, or just have your mates round for a good meal.

3 tbsp olive oil

500g fresh peeled prawns (if you are veggie or not a seafood lover, this is just as good without

500g pasta

5 minced cloves garlic

1 tbsp white wine

2 large chopped tomatoes

1/2 can of chopped tomatoes

1 tsp dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon dried basil

1 package feta cheese, crumbled

In a pan over medium heat, heat 2 tbsp olive oil. Cook prawns, garlic and wine for five minutes.

Remove prawns and set aside in a bowl. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 10 minutes and drain.

While pasta is cooking, cook tomatoes with remaining 1 tablespoon oil, oregano and basil in wine mixture for another 10 minutes. Toss everything together with the feta and serve!
