All University of Ulster students are entitled to free and automatic membership of the students’ union. The union is run by nine elected student representatives who have varied responsibility in the running of the Union and who are there to help you should you need it. The union’s work covers a number of areas: Representation: Active in all matters of student welfare within the university and externally. Student Welfare: Three education and welfare officers and a student financial advisor for free confidential welfare advice. Commercial Services: Catering, union shop and bars. Entertainment: Through the club bars on each campus we offer entertainment for the exclusive benefit of our students. Sports Union & Societies The sports union has a wide range of sporting clubs and the students’ union has many societies for students to join. Ufouria - Four campus Student Magazine Student four campus magazine – published four times during the academic year.
