The University of Gloucestershire Students’ Union offers something for each of the 8000+ students. Whether you’re looking for advice, support, a place to build your CV or just some good fun; your students’ union is constantly building on the student experience received whilst studying at the University. The Union is entirely student led and consists of over 30 sports teams. Our societies are thriving; examples include the Poker Society for the more sociable students, or the Parked Elephant Society, who organise events around our four campuses. The SU gives students opportunities to build on their CVs. The Volunteering Shop works tirelessly to support the local community, both internally and externally. All of these skills are crucial whilst utilising the SU Jobshop to obtain part-time work whilst at University. Tone Radio and Space Newspaper are further examples what crucial services are offered to increase the student experience.
