Next year the University and Students Union will be celebrating its centenary year. In one hundred years we are proud to say that we have over 180 societies, over 50 Athletic Union clubs, a thriving volunteering network and an incredible Raising and Giving programmer. We are also a strong campaigning Union with a strong and active student body that get behind their Union every step of the way. We have three bars, a coffee bar, a large gig venue that has seen the likes of Kate Nash and the Pigeon Detectives in the last year, two theatres a swimming pool and many more facilities to support our students and their activities.
