Napier Students Association is located 200 metres from Merchiston Campus. The union consists of a bar/social area downstairs and the union offices upstairs. The union office is where you will find the three sabbaticals - The President, Treasurer and Student Activities Officer and the Campaigns and Representation Officer. Napier is a small union and as such concentrates its efforts on its membership services and its Napier specific representation issues. NSA’s member services include a bar and the Independent Student Advice Service (ISAS). For 17 years ISAS has given free, confidential and impartial advice to Napier students an all issues which affect their lives, concentrating on general student Welfare and Education issues. NSA’s programme representative system is also considered in high regard, training over 200 of its 350 reps per year (which make up the student senate), to a very high standard, ensures that Napier’s class reps’ communicate issues both to and from the student body in a clear and effective way.
