The Students Union of Coleg Gwent has a Students Union Executive on each campus which provides Union services to their campus. A Students’ Union is an important part of life at college; it promotes and protects the interests of students. You can ask the Students’ Union about representation, Welfare Services, Student Activities, and Entertainment. They can point you in the right direction for advice. The Union will arrange social events and fundraising events and will have a budget to be spent on developing your lives and making life at college more enjoyable. In addition to this, Students’ Unions will campaign on behalf of their members’ on a range of issues affecting students. Most importantly the Union can make student voices heard!
