The Students’ Union at Askham Bryan College co-ordinates all non-curricular student activities, alongside representing and working to develop and support the thousands of students that pass the College through every year. From managing the usage of our excellent entertainment facilities and sporting facilities, through to providing a Shop facility on-site and offering volunteering opportunities for you to develop and build on your skills, we are an organization who aim to give a lot back to those who choose to get involved with us. We offer a number of exciting sporting opportunities, catering for anything from Ultimate Frisbee and Dodgeball, to the more traditional sports such as Basketball, Football and Hockey. In addition to an array of major and minor entertainment events during the year, we offer regular enrichment trips to local attractions and once in a lifetime experiences such as annually running in the Knaresborough Bed Race.
