This summer, there were a number of errors within GCSE, AS and A-level exams in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. The errors ranged from mistakes in printing and content, to problems with software in on-screen exams.

Fill in the survey now.

NUS estimates that approximately 100,000 students were affected by the errors. Approximately 20,000 of those affected were finishing their A-levels this summer, many of whom would have been hoping to start university this Autumn.

Ofqual, the government agency responsible for maintaining standards in exams, have launched an investigation to find out what happened. We need your help to find out the true impact of the errors on students.

If you or anyone you know had mistakes in their exams this summer, get them to fill in this survey  by Monday 19 September.
