i have been waiting since august the 2nd for my back payments, people on my course have already received there back payment and im still waiting! every time I phone they say 3-8 weeks it should come! and that has been and gone! this system is terrible and the government wonders why youths are very doubtful on going into further education when this massive crisis is at hand!
