Often you can read about and hear about how to get support if you have a mental health concern, but rarely do you get the opportunity to get support as a supporter.

The purpose of this section is to give you a little information on being there for someone going through mental distress.

Friends are always so important at these times, and although it may be difficult, being there for someone is possibly the most valuable thing you can do.
