Getting started with the basics

If you are sharing a house for the very first time it can sometimes be a challenging experience. However, our handy housing and money tips will be able to help you out. And if you've never cooked before in your life, you're in for a treat!

Keeping ahead of the crowd

Waiting in registration queues and short of conversation topics, have a look at our culture section and find out what all the 'coolkids' are talking about.

Plan for the year ahead

Your first year is not just about socialising and doing new things, you've also got to do some studying as well.. Above all, remember that your students' union is the hub of all activity and should be your first port of call after settling in to your new home. The union is there just for you.
