Constructive engagement is the process of honest, transparent dialogue between commercial corporations and other stakeholders such as the NUS.
Delegates were joined by panellists Ed Potter, Director of Global Labour Relations for the Coca-Cola Company, Ian Butcher of Matalan and Susan Nash, President of NUS Society and Citizenship Zone, for an open discussion of the benefits of constructive engagement and the importance of working with the NUS to provide responses to questions and criticisms raised by key campaign groups and NGO’s.
