Green Zone

Increasingly students are interested in not only how to live more ethically, but how they can influence the practices and behaviours of others around them. There are many ways to be involved in our ethical and environmental campaigns. From individual actions to national and international initiatives the Green zone has something for everyone.

Student Lifestyle

This new section focuses on modern student lifestyle. Featuring exclusive high-profile interviews, arts, music, film, food, technology, emerging trends and much more, these pages are devoted to what you do in your free time.

Union News

Now you can read the very best of student journalism right here. NUS now publishes stories online from young student writers from across the UK to feature in our brand new Union news section. So, now, as well as national news, you can read what’s happening on your campus too!

Global Justice

NUS has a proud history of standing in solidarity with students across the globe, supporting struggles for peace, justice and human rights. Now you can help us continue supporting citizens worldwide by getting involved in NUS' campaigns for global justice in this new dedicated area.

Register for your campaign

You can now specifically select which campaigns you’re interested in and opt to also receive information from your selected campaigns. Whether it’s Town Takeovers or Broke and Broken you can register for whichever campaign you choose to follow.

Playing Fayre

Get ready for Freshers’ week with this brand new game. Try and create a successful union society in ‘Playing Fayre’ just in time for starting university and doing it for real!
