How do you feel about the upcoming uLive tour?

We're really excited about heading out on the uLive tour, it will be nice to visit so many places we've never been to before and University crowds are always good!

What is the best gig you have ever played?

Thats a hard question. We've played quite a few shows that have really stuck in our minds as being great. If we had to pick one it would probably be the show we played at Oxford Academy on our February tour, it was sold out and the atmosphere was amazing.

You were voted best new band in Kerrang. How did you feel when you found out?

It was a nice feeling to be picked as the best new band, more so because it was voted for by the readers of Kerrang. It really made us realise how good 2010 was for us.

How do you feel about the Guardian saying you were a "lot more McFly than Mudhoney"?

Considering Mcfly are a massive band who continually write great pop songs, and we don't really know who Mudhoney are, we'll take good things from that comment! Although we didnt really read much into what the guardian wrote as they seemed unable to quote our lyrics correctly in their review.

Which bands do you love and hate?

We love bands that write honest music and want to tell a story, as opposed to a lot of music out there at the moment that doesnt seem to have any real substance for example songs about "the club"!

How would you describe your sound?

We really just want to write good songs that connect with people. If we were to be placed in a genre I suppose we would sit somewhere between rock and pop. We're writing our debut album at the moment and we're very happy with how its sounding, it's different to our older songs!
