Snap It Off allows students to take action against needless energy usage, both on and off campus. And with WWF's Earth Hour encouraging the world to turn off the lights for an hour at 8.30pm this Saturday, we're in the mood to hit a few extra switches ourselves this week.
If you see buildings left with lights glaring all night, or street lamps left on in daylight, you can help us! Simply take a photo of the eco-crime, send it to us and then check back later to see when the issue has been resolved. NUS will contact the energy manager responsible and get them to fix the problem so no more energy is wasted.
