We know many international students have had awful experiences in their dealings with the Home Office and it’s agencies, including the UK Border Agency (UKBA).

From unacceptable waiting times for responses to simple requests, to rude behaviour, to unnecessary and intrusive demands, the treatment international students have experienced really undermines the UK higher education system as a world class destination.

We want to hear your stories – so we can demonstrate to local MPs the challenges that exist for many international students, and can work to address this.

All responses shared will be anonymous – although we are also very interested in students who are happy to be contacted as case studies for media requests.
