Included in the price of all stands is a listing in guidebook and a listing in the online Trading Directory, which is accessed on a daily basis by the key students’ union buyers and decision makers.
The deadline for submitting all of these is Friday 29 March 2013.
There are also additional advertising opportunities for you to consider. These can all be booked using the Reservation and Invoice Form.
The Guidebook
The guidebook will be distributed to every delegate who attends the event. By providing 30 words of information about your brand you can generate interest in your stand and promote your business.
As well as printing your 30 words, the guidebook has a section for listing promotional on-the-day offers.

The Trading Directory
The Trading Directory is an online resource for staff in students’ unions and list all brands wishing to supply the student market in easy reference sections and contains the full pricing information for your listed products.
Operating in a similar style to the Yellow Pages, the Trading Directory is used as a reference throughout the year, so it should include the details of your products and details on how to contact you.
Your listing will be verified by our team of Buyers before it goes live to ensure that only the correct brands and products are advertised.
Your guidebook and Trading Directory listing are both completing when you go through the reservation and booking process.
