We want to make exhibiting as easy as possible and therefore we have put together information on what to do when you arrive at Trade Conference for either set up or on the day.
Deliveries
Deliveries can only be accepted on Monday 24 June 2013 and must be labelled as follows;
FAO Davina Keen,
Exhibitors stand contact name,

Hall 8, National Exhibition Centre,

Access Times
Access times for exhibitors are;
Space only – between 9.00am and 9.00pm on Monday 24 June 2013
Shell Scheme – between 2.00pm and 9.00pm on Monday 24 June 2013
Access on the exhibition day is from 7.30am for both Space Only and Shell Scheme exhibitors. The exhibition will run between 10.00am and 4.00pm.
Exhibition Materials
If you need to drop materials off please follow the signs for Hall 8 on arrival.
On arrival at Hall 8 you will need to find the representative from Crusade who are contracted to manage loading and unloading at the entrance bays. They will advise you of where to unload your materials.
Please note that parking at Hall 8 is only for loading and unloading and your vehicle will be removed if left unattended.
Once you have unloaded you will need to move your vehicle to the designated car parking area.
Badges
Badges need to be collected from the NUS Services Exhibitor Stand which can be found just inside the entrance to Hall 8.
Badges must be obtained for all stand contractors and exhibitors who will be hosting the stand in order to gain access to the Exhibition Hall.
Parking
Exhibitor car parking is in N1 Car Park which is accessed via Gate 3. Before the event all exhibitors will be sent a car parking pass which must be displayed in their car at all times.

Passes will be sent out before Friday 25 May 2012.
