Course Representative of the Year

Recognises the achievement of a course representative from either the higher or further education sector who has made a significant contribution to the learning experience of others.

£250 individual award

Criteria

• Student member of NUS affiliated students' union. 
• An individual who has served as a volunteer, activist or officer within their union at some point after January 1 2009 
• Details of problems faced by fellow students on the course and how these have been overcome as a result of the individual’s contribution 
• Evidence from fellow students of the impact of the course representative’s contribution 
• Evidence from institution or academic staff relating to the positive impact made by the individual
