Further Education Overview
Hello and welcome to the Further Education campaigns for NUS. My name's Toni Pearce and I'm the Vice President for Further Education.

NUS represents more that 4.5 million learners through their students’ union in further education (FE) colleges across the UK.
Through this section of the website I lobby on behalf of all FE students to defend and improve their time at college, as well as the FE system as a whole.
Previous successes
- Learner voice: all colleges must now have at least two students on their governing body and a college-wide learner involvement strategy so they can effectively respond to the views of their students
- Student representatives on Learning and Skills Councils
- Massive increase in FE student involvement in NUS and colleges
