New research shows the student support system in Scotland to be failing. Still in the Red, NUS Scotland’s largest-ever research project into the student support system, surveyed over 7400 students from across all backgrounds and types of study. The report found levels of student hardship to be reaching extreme proportions.
The National Union of Students (NUS) today warned a cap on international students would damage the UK’s economy and society, after Immigration Minister Damien Green in advance of a speech later today that he would tackle international student immigration.
