Current projects are a Wales-wide housing advice guide and officer training day, working with the new FE Development Worker to support FE Students’ Unions and dealing with the impact of cuts.

I was elected at NUS Wales Conference in March 2010 and took office in July 2010.
I studied Politics at Cardiff University and got involved in my Students’ Union when I helped to set up 2 new student societies. I was the part-time Health and Welfare Support Officer at my Students’ Union and a member of NUS Wales Women’s Committee for 2008-2009.
In 2009 I was elected as Academic and University Affairs Officer for Cardiff University Students’ Union and co-opted onto NUS Wales National Executive Committee.
