CSV volunteering
Full-time volunteering with CSV is unique. You'll spend four months to a year away from home, dedicating your time to helping others.
CSV are there to train and support you every step of the way. You'll get free meals and accommodation and a weekly allowance. We'll even pay for your travel to the placement.
You'll learn new skills and boost your job prospects, maybe even find your ‘calling’ in life. You'll learn more about yourself and make friends for life. Above all you'll leave with the knowledge that you changed someone's life for the better.
Part time volunteering can involve mentoring, befriending and helping in schools, hospitals, community centres or shelters. There are opportunities to get involved in projects which help the environment, children’s literacy, older and isolated people and children in need.
There are also national campaigns to join including CSV Make a Difference Day and Action Earth, whereby thousands of people identify a need in their community and help.
